They are incredibly knowledgeable, reliable and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and going above and beyond my expectations. It is rare to find someone so dedicated, approachable and professional. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick Lowry and his associates at Lowry Property Group. I came in as a buyer for a particular commercial property type and Nick worked with me to understand my needs and the needs of my business. He helped me successfully find the perfect property location that could have only come from his extensive knowledge of the market.
At all stages, Nick maintained open and honest channels of communication and was responsive to my requests at all stages. It truely felt as though he cared about getting the best outcome for all parties and I could not recommend him and his team more for anyone requiring Commercial Real Estate. A rare gem in the industry.

Exceptional result for my site in Crows Nest! I bought the property through Nick Lowry years ago and have now sold it with a fantastic outcome（ 25% capital growth in a challenging market ). Nick demonstrated exactly why he’s a top-tier agent. He successfully identified a site amalgamation opportunity and negotiated a premium that captured the full 'marriage value' for me as a vendor.
His tactical approach, knowing when to advise holding and when to strike is what sets him apart. He turned a standard commercial site into a record-breaking strategic sale. I am highly impressed with his professionalism. Nick is truly the GOAT of commercial real estate. He combined deep market intelligence with incredible execution to reach the absolute ceiling in price. Strategic, honest, and high-performing.

Jason Lowry from Lowry Property Group recently supported my family with two commercial property sales and delivered exceptional results. From the outset, Jason demonstrated deep market knowledge and a clear strategy that ultimately achieved outcomes well above our expectations and above market value.
He was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, always available to answer questions and provide updates, and handled every stage with a high level of professionalism. What stood out most was his integrity and trustworthiness, which gave us complete confidence during what can often be a complex process.
I would highly recommend Jason and the Lowry Property Group to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and results-driven commercial property agent.

We represented the vendor, and Jason was the sales manager of a great team.
We collaborated extremely well, always supporting one another and doing whatever was needed to keep the process moving smoothly. Together—between us as the vendor’s solicitor, the agent, and most importantly the purchaser—we worked to ensure everything progressed efficiently and that the purchaser was happy, leading to a successful sale. A good agent is essential, as they play a key role in bringing all parties together and keeping the matter running seamlessly.
